• Can I order a single product?
  Yes, of course you can. However, you basket must contain goods worth at least 20€ (including delivery costs) to complete your order.
• Can you make a bespoke part?
  We have all the skills needed to make parts for low and mid-volume production. We can make parts from your blueprints or our design team can create them from scratch. NB: for production of fewer than 50 parts, the cost is still relatively high. Please contact us in order for us to ??? your project together.
• Do you have special offers and discounts for individuals and professionals?
  Yes, we have special offers throughout the year (see the left-hand column in our store) and discounts on most products, depending on the quantity ordered.
• Is payment secure?
  Is my card number held in your database? Yes, payment is secured via the CYBERMUT banking system from CREDIT MUTUEL
• What are the delivery schedules? Which transport company/companies do you work with?
  Products leave our warehouses within 3 days of receiving the order. In general, we move them even more quickly.
• What do the “traffic lights” on the product pages mean?
  The “traffic lights” indicate the state of stock. NB: When the light is orange stock is very low and only a few parts are still available, possibly only one.
• Why do I need to spend at least 20€?
  In order to maintain competitive prices, we must have a minimum order amount in order to maintain this economic mode.
  However, delivery costs worth 9.50€ are included in the 20€.
